Vintage Native American Hopi Indian Scrimshaw Sterling Silver Ring

The top is 11/16" long by 9/16" wide, is carved Bone with a Ship and Whale Tail Scrimshaw set in Sterling Silver which is age patinaed, is a size 6 1/2, is marked "STERLING", purchased new from visiting Hopi Indians in 1991.  Brand New Condition.

It measures 1 3/8" long by 5/8" wide, was found in a dump pile of an abandoned home in the mountains when I was digging for glassware, I cleaned it with dish detergent then ragged it, leaving alot of it's original patina in the depths, it is copper with a sterling pin back with a goldtone pin bar which replaced the original pin bar.        Excellent Condition
