The top measures 9/16" long by 9/16" wide, has a  10 mm  genuine Petite Moss Quartz cabachon prong mounted in rhodium plated antiqued Sterling Silver,  is a size 6 & can be resized by any reputable jeweller, is marked "KBN STER", I hand picked the ring & the gemstone & mounted by Jeweller Linda Wisler.

Made by Lederer Brothers NY NY, it is gold plated, size is adjustable, the top is magnetic & has a tiny hole in which you poke through to push the magnetic cabachon out so a different one can replace it, has six different colored plastic cabs with magnets attached to the back, & is in it's original packaging.  Excellent Vintage Condition.
